I learn your business,
not just your task list.

Inbox, calendar, admin, client communication, CRM, research and travel — handled the way you'd handle it, and written down so it stops living in your head.

Sound familiar?

The fix isn't faster hands. It's someone who learns how you work and documents it.

  • You explain the same task every time because nothing was ever written down.
  • It gets done — differently each time — so there's nothing to improve.
  • You check in, because you're not sure it's moving.

Sample work

What 'done this before' actually looks like.

Practice samples built to show how I work — not client projects. I'm happy to do a short paid trial task on your real workflow instead.

Inbox triage system

Two hundred unread becomes four folders, three rules and a set of draft replies — so you open it and see six things, not two hundred.

About

I've already been trusted with the things founders are nervous to hand over.

I started in hospitality and travel — front desk, then travel consulting, where clients needed everything right the first time. From there I moved into customer-facing finance: insurance sales, then teller work balancing daily cash, then processing disbursements at Sun Life of Canada, where records had to be audit-ready every day.

Today I work in sales partnerships, doing outreach to business owners across several countries — which means I write clearly, follow up without being chased, and know what a busy inbox feels like from the receiving end.

Other people's money. Other people's customers. Other people's schedules — handled carefully, on someone else's behalf, for years.

Questions

Worth asking before you hire anyone.

How quickly do you reply?

Within a few hours in my working day, always within 24. If something is blocked you hear it from me early, not at the deadline.

What if a task is outside your experience?

I'll tell you straight away. If it's learnable I'll say how long; if it needs a specialist, I'll say that too. I'd rather lose a task than quietly do it badly.

Can you work in my timezone?

I'm UTC+8 and shape my hours around your day. US, UK and AU overlaps all work — we agree the overlap in writing before starting.

What does starting look like?

A short paid trial — 10 to 20 hours on one real workflow. You see how I work, document and communicate before committing to anything longer.

Next step

Let's take one thing off your plate this week.

Tell me the task you keep putting off and I'll tell you how I'd take it over. No obligation — and if I'm not the right fit I'll say so.
